for strategy, finance and governance.
Tony started his career at EMI in finance and moved to BP where he became Finance
Director of one of its divisions. He joined Ernst & Young's as a Principal Consultant,
working on numerous projects worldwide, including an MIS system for a sovereign

He then moved to GN Great Nordic group as MD of its UK operations, overseeing an

through mergers and organic growth.
In 1990 Tony co-founded Linkhand, an IT services company focused on document and
process management. The company grew to sales of £4 million-plus before being acquired
by Melstar in 2001, when he became CEO of the European Operations. Linkhand was
subsequently acquired by LB Icon in 2004. As CEO of LB Icon Ltd, Tony Gale led the
UK management team of LB Icon, one of the leading international full service digital
marketing companies. On leaving LB Icon, to focus on TechTrek, the company had reached
an annual turnover of £20 million in the UK.
